Sushi Sandwich: w/ Char Sui pulled Chicken, spring onion kimchi, wasabi cream cheese mayo & pickled ginger.

Chow Bun: Chorizo Meatball in a Szechuan pepper arrabbiata sauce w/ rocket ginger & cashew pesto.
